Chuck McIntyre
Chuck McIntyre has
32 years of experience in higher education planning, research, evaluation,
finance and management. Until 1999, he worked as Director of Research and
Analysis in a state office of higher education and has consulted colleges
across the U.S., in the United Kingdom and Canada for more than a decade.
His recent engagements have been in the areas of strategic and facilities
planning, emphasizing enrollment forecasting, planning, and management –
using computer simulation models, recently-released 2000 Census data, and
other sources and tools.

Trische Robertson
Ms. Robertson has 30 years of
experience with community colleges. She recently retired as Director of
Communications from the Community College League of California. Prior to
that she taught and held several administrative positions at Sierra
College. She has been involved with the CAP Project (Computer-Aided
Planning) since its inception in 1988. She earned a BA in education from
Oregon College of Education and an MBA in management and marketing from
Golden Gate University.
Greg Van De Bogart
Mr. Van De Bogart has
worked for Sierra College since 1984. He has experience with all forms of
network configurations, Internet backbone technology, connectivity, server
engineering, network security, NT and IIS 4.0 operating systems. Greg
worked with BBN Planet to design the distributed network for the college
district. He also has consulted on a variety of projects. He holds a BS in
computer science from California State University, Sacramento.
